Your Organization
When you register, Ryft automatically creates an organization for you. Organizations are the top-level container for all your domains, scans, findings, and team members. Everything in Ryft is scoped to your organization, ensuring complete data isolation between teams.
You can manage your organization's profile, team members, security policies, and scanning configuration from the Organization Settings page: organization-dashboard.md#organization-settings
First-Time Navigation
After logging in, you'll land on the Organization Dashboard: This is your central command center — it shows your security score, hygiene grade, vulnerability breakdown, asset summary, and prioritized action items all in one place.
The left sidebar is your main navigation and gives you access to every section of the platform:
Organization Dashboard — Security scoring, hygiene grades, vulnerability breakdown, and executive reporting (organization-dashboard.md)
Domains — Where you add and manage the domains you want to monitor: https://ryftsec.com/domains
Technologies — Organization-wide technology inventory across all your assets: https://ryftsec.com/technologies
Scans — History of all scans you've launched: https://ryftsec.com/scans
Findings — Centralized list of all discovered vulnerabilities: https://ryftsec.com/findings
API Docs — Interactive API documentation for programmatic access: https://ryftsec.com/api-docs
ASM Map — Visual network graph of your attack surface: https://ryftsec.com/asm-map

When you expand a domain in the sidebar, you'll also see links to:
Results Dashboard — Reconnaissance data for that domain: results-dashboard.md
Vulnerability Dashboard — Vulnerability testing modules: vulnerability-dashboard.md
Recon Insights — AI-analyzed threats from recon data: recon-insights.md
Cloud Modules — Cloud misconfiguration scanning: cloud-modules.md
Scheduled Scans — Recurring scan configuration: scheduled-scans.md

The top-right corner of the screen shows:
Notification bell — Real-time alerts for scan completions, new vulnerabilities, and other events
Your avatar — Click to access your Profile, Settings, or to log out: https://ryftsec.com/profile, https://ryftsec.com/settings
Tier badge — Shows your current subscription tier (Starter, Pro, Growth, or Enterprise). See Subscription Tiers for details: subscription-tiers.md

Adding Your First Domain

Launching Your First Scan
From the Domains page, click the Scan button next to your domain. You can choose between:
Discovery Only — Runs reconnaissance modules to find subdomains, live hosts, and other assets
Full Scan — Runs reconnaissance followed by vulnerability testing modules
Select your preferred mode and click Launch Scan. You'll see real-time progress on the Scans page: https://ryftsec.com/scans, and you'll receive a notification when the scan completes.
For more details on scan configuration, see Domains — Scan Configuration: domains.md#scan-configuration-dialog To understand what happens during a scan, see How Scanning Works: how-scanning-works.md
